Assistant Manager

Republic Latin Fusion is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, uphold service standards, and assist with team leadership. This role works closely with ownership and management to ensure smooth front- and back-of-house operations while contributing to brand growth, including social media engagement and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day restaurant operations and shift execution
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and deposits
• Supervise and support front-of-house staff to ensure service standards are met
• Assist in staff scheduling, coverage, and performance monitoring
• Help train new hires and reinforce company policies and procedures
• Maintain a strong floor presence, engaging with guests and resolving issues professionally
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
• Assist with inventory tracking and ordering as needed
• Support marketing initiatives, including creating social media content, engaging with and booking content creators, and posting promotions
• Represent the Republic Latin Fusion brand with professionalism and consistency

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and staff management
• Social media experience (posting content, promotions, engagement, or brand support)
• Basic understanding of restaurant financials preferred
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
