Your Role: Team Member

We're looking for energetic, reliable people who want to be part of a growing, fast-paced kitchen and service team. You'll be preparing ingredients, cooking bowls, helping customers, and keeping our restaurant running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to Ricemill standards
• Cut and prep fresh produce and proteins
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your station
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support FOH operations (expo, order fulfillment, etc.) as needed
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with the whole team

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Reliable, positive, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and work ethic
• Flexible schedule — evenings and weekends availability is a plus
