Senior Case Manager

Looking for a vibrant person who can lead and wants to grow within the firm. Senior Case Manager for Personal Injury Firm

Responsibilities

• Manage PI pre-litigation cases - MVA / premise cases / slip and fall / dog bite / Govt Claims
• Frequently contact and communicate with clients, insurance and other companies.
• Review and analyze medical records
• Assist clients in navigating medical providers and procedures
• Prepare files to submit to the demands department
• Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our office
• Schedule medical appointments
• Organize and maintain client files in electronic form, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Assist attorneys with daily tasks
• Calendar deadlines and track due dates to ensure timely actions
• Opening Claims with insurance companies
• Processing Property Damage Claims

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• At least two (2) years' experience working in PI case management
• Detail-oriented professional with a positive outlook
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and excellent customer service
• Ability to handle large volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases
• Type at least 70 wpm
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
