Workday HCM Integration Consultant – Onsite in Seattle, WA

We are seeking a
Workday Integration Consultant
with strong hands-on experience delivering complex Workday HCM integrations. This role is fully onsite in Seattle and requires deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support Workday integration design, development, testing, and deployment
• Maintain and enhance existing Workday integrations, including issue resolution and updates
• Develop technical specifications and collaborate with Workday HCM configuration teams
• Build highly complex integrations across HR, Payroll, and Finance
• Ensure stable, scalable operation of Workday integrations, custom reports, and dashboards
• Track risks, issues, and deliverables; communicate status to stakeholders
• Support dispersed teams and provide guidance when needed

Must-Have Skills

• Workday Integration Consultant
  experience
• Lead role
  in
  at least two
  end-to-end Workday HCM deployments
• 4+ years of Workday experience
  , including
  2+ years with Workday Studio
• Expertise in Workday integration development from architecture through deployment
• 3–8 years of general software development experience
• Experience integrating complex HR/Payroll/Finance systems
• Strong programming skills in
  JavaScript, XSLT, and XPath
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
