Overall IT experience of 12+ years is must
Individual contributor - closely works with Enterprise Architecture, Development team and existing QA Teams
Strong experience in Performance Testing tools
Strong experience as an Architect like Enterprise level.
Strong experience with SaaS applications (preferably Salesforce) & Integrations performance engineering experience
Should be able to provide gap analysis, performance strategy, & actionable performance plan
Should have strong technical skills and proactive in recommending / proposing solutions and strategies on performance issues
Evaluate Technical landscape, SLA's, recommended ideal SLAs with data backing , Performance Plans and Implementation
Should be hands on, work through the details, lean in, & direct Performance testing resources as needed
Tools & technologies – JMeter, LoadRunner, Datadog, Real User testing & Microsoft Azure Environment, etc.,
Good Communication skills (closely works with leadership team)
