Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct tire rotations, repairs, and replacements, including mounting and balancing.
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform basic maintenance tasks swiftly and accurately.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues related to brakes, suspension, or other mechanical components.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate.

Experience

• Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment.
• Experience in performing oil changes, tire service, alignments, and basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Service technician experience that emphasizes customer interaction and satisfaction.
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks required for vehicle servicing.
