The CEO and founder of a public relations company is searching for an executive assistant to support her administrative needs. The executive assistant will manage schedules, coordinate events, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, chief of staff, or administrative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Manage executive calendars, ensuring scheduling accuracy and avoiding conflicts.
- Coordinate and support internal meetings and events, including logistics and preparation of materials.
- Prepare and submit detailed expense reports on a timely basis.
- Assist with special projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of executives.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
