Are you a high-energy individual looking for a fulfilling role? Our state-of-the-art fulfillment center in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking an enthusiastic Fulfillment Associate. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be directly involved in preparing customer orders for shipment. Your tasks will include picking items from designated locations, accurately packing them according to product specifications, and preparing packages for dispatch. You will also be responsible for receiving incoming inventory, stocking shelves, and maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the fulfillment area. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and accurately. We emphasize a culture of safety and expect all employees to strictly follow established protocols and wear all designated PPE . The job involves significant physical activity, including walking, standing for extended periods, and frequent Lifting of items up to 40 pounds. Experience in a warehouse, retail, or similar fast-paced environment is preferred, but comprehensive training will be provided.
