Join our expanding distribution center in Jacksonville, Florida, as a Distribution Center Associate! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to contribute to our efficient logistics operations. This role involves a variety of tasks critical to the successful functioning of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately store and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks safely (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE as required for specific tasks.
- Perform tasks involving Lifting and moving goods up to the specified weight.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the logistics team.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Assist with loading outbound shipments.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including regular Lifting. Willingness to follow instructions and learn new tasks. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Strong commitment to Safety practices. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles is a plus.
