You will use scanning devices to locate and verify items, ensuring accuracy and minimizing errors. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and stage products for outbound shipment.
- Utilize RF scanners and other technology to locate and confirm items.
- Verify order accuracy before items are moved to packing stations.
- Follow pick paths and optimize routes within the warehouse.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety regulations and guidelines.
- Wear designated PPE at all times, including safety vests and gloves.
- Contribute to team goals and maintain productivity standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform regular lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations is beneficial.
