We have an immediate opening for a Picker/Packer in Des Moines, Iowa! If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from our warehouse inventory and preparing them for shipment. Your efficiency and accuracy are critical to our order fulfillment process and overall logistics success. Key responsibilities include: locating and picking items based on order slips, using scanners to track inventory movement, inspecting items for quality, packing orders securely and efficiently, labeling packages for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work station. Adherence to all safety regulations and the proper use of PPE is mandatory. This position involves considerable physical activity, including frequent standing, walking, reaching, and lifting items up to 35 pounds. Prior experience as a picker or packer is beneficial, but we welcome all motivated individuals ready to contribute to our Des Moines logistics team.
