Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order requirements.
- Use RF scanners to identify and confirm product picks.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack items securely into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Meet or exceed established picking and packing performance metrics.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and surrounding area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Support overall logistics and fulfillment operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move repetitively for extended shifts.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety practices, including PPE usage.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Basic understanding of logistics principles is beneficial.
