About
Lone Tree Retirement Community is urgently seeking a compassionate and dependable *Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)* to join our care team. The CNA provides direct resident care and assists with daily living activities while promoting a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for our residents.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
* Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
* Take and record vital signs as assigned
* Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding when necessary
* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
* Follow care plans and facility policies and procedures
* Provide compassionate, respectful care to residents and families
* Work collaboratively with nurses and other care team members
Qualifications
* Current *Kansas CNA certification* in good standing
* Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Dependable, caring, and resident-focused
* Ability to perform physical tasks related to resident care
