Your New Role

You'll take a role in defining the embedded software architecture for next‑generation display modules and driving boards. Working closely with requirements engineers and function owners, you turn complex requirements into clear, scalable designs. You understand the hardware, follow structured architectural methods, take ownership of your sub‑projects, and confidently engage with customers on technical and conceptual topics. You also help shape the long‑term technical roadmap of the software department.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with requirements engineers and function owners to define and refine software architecture.

• Design embedded software architecture for display modules and display driving boards based on provided requirements.

• Understand and integrate hardware functionality into architectural decisions.

• Develop architecture following internal procedures and structured methodologies.

• Act as a sub‑project owner, demonstrating initiative, ownership, and strong delivery focus.

• Communicate independently with customers on technical and conceptual matters.

• Contribute to the technical roadmap and long‑term strategy of the software department.

Your Profile

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Electronics or Computer Science.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Embedded C.

• At least 2 years of experience with AUTOSAR OS.

• At least 2 years of experience in software architectural design.

• Minimum 2 years working according to ASPICE SWE.2 processes.

• Experience with electronic designs.

• Experience with tools such as Enterprise Architect.

• Experience with Easy Redmine and Tortoise SVN/GIT is considered a plus.

• Strong command of English.

• A team‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.

• Comfortable working in projects with fixed delivery timelines.

• Accurate and punctual working style.

• Willingness to travel within Europe and occasionally to Asia

Working Conditions

• Base salary: 46-55k (depending on experience)

• You get a permanent contract

• You get a lease car with a fuel card

• Possibility of hybrid working

• Monthly net expense allowance

• 27 vacation days with the possibility to purchase 10 extra vacation days

• Pension scheme without personal contribution
