General Job Description
The business Development lead will be responsible for increasing revenue of the company by identifying qualified new business opportunities through relationship building and networking. This position is key for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the transition of those opportunities to the sales and estimating teams.
Strategy For Growth
work with leadership to develop and advance ca clearly defined strategy for growth leading to 5x revenue growth within 5 years.
Work alongside leadership team to develop a short, medium and long-term strategy for growth across the US markets.
Collaborate with other Executive members to ensure alignment with client approach for services, brand and other key components.
Job Measurables
15-20 Discovery meetings per month
10 partner team meetings per month (in person preferred)
18 new leads per month
200 connected outbound phone calls per month
Revenue goal of $5m per annum
Pipeline maintenance of 40M to 80M in 3 year period.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage existing and foster new client relationships of high priority through consistent communication with key decision makers and influencers in assigned geographic market
Build and manage a pipeline of project opportunities of over 50 million.

Knowledge, Education & Experience
5+ years of Business Development experience in medium to large firm – preferably in the construction industry.
Proven experience of interacting with senior executive and design professionals in the architectural / millwork / construction industry.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead qualification, and client acquisition strategies.
Ability to identify and engage decision-makers across various industries (e.g., procurement managers, project managers, designers, contractors).
Competence in using CRM platforms, especially HubSpot, for opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
Skilled in researching and segmenting target markets, identifying pain points, and tailoring value propositions accordingly.
Bachelor's in communications, business management, marketing or equivalent experience preferred.

- Hours / Shifts:
o Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm.
o Travel and off-time email / phone calls may be required to achieve goals in this position.
