We are growing our event-based sales and marketing team and are actively hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates. This opportunity supports ethical brands and nonprofit organizations through face-to-face marketing, live events, and community outreach campaigns.

As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate, you will help execute in-person outreach and promotional campaigns that raise awareness, generate support, and drive results for nonprofit initiatives and socially responsible brands. This is a public-facing role ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, teamwork, and performance-based growth.

• Represent nonprofit partners and mission-driven brands at events, pop-ups, and outreach locations

• Engage community members through face-to-face marketing and relationship building

• Support donor outreach, supporter sign-ups, and lead generation efforts

• Collaborate with team members to implement sales and outreach strategies

• Track campaign results using basic CRM and performance tools

• Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and coaching meetings
