Job Description: We are seeking a reliable, organized, and friendly Scheduler & Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is essential to keeping our daily operations running smoothly while providing excellent customer service to our clients and supporting our internal team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and greet walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with our Door Hanger Reps and for our Admin Team.
  • Coordinate schedules with team and field staff
  • Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and email correspondence
  • Support the office team with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain the office by keeping common areas organized and presentable, restocking office supplies, and reporting any maintenance needs

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in scheduling, reception, or office administration preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable using phones, computers, and scheduling software
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
