Position Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator (LC) to join our team at Synchrogistics in Raleigh, NC.

The LC is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of customer freight. This role focuses on carrier communication, shipment tracking, issue resolution, and documentation accuracy to ensure on-time, reliable service.

This is an in-office role ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports logistics and transportation needs by tendering loads, carrier setups, and load building for assigned business units.
• Monitors and tracks shipment status throughout transaction.
• Escalates customers' and vendors' issues to appropriate to team members or managers or
