DESCRIPTION

The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on ROW team in Seattle, Washington.

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

Key job responsibilities
Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations, familiar with multiple time-zones planning
Manage domestic and international travel

Manage expense report coordination and submission

Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)

Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up the tasks closely

Act as a liaison for your leaders direct reports

Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization

Help to develop & maintain new mechanisms within the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
  • Experience with executive level calendar management
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • High school or equivalent diploma
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Experience managing multiple calendars
  • Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
  • Experience managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel
  • Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience leading process improvements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
