What You'll Do:

• Meet or connect with qualified leads (roof + auto storm damage) generated by our marketing and setter teams.
• Present our storm restoration solutions — from inspection and adjuster negotiation to full restoration.
• Overcome objections, answer insurance questions, and build trust with homeowners and vehicle owners.
• Close contracts, collect deposits, and hand off to the operations team for production.
• Maintain a consistent follow-up routine and a strong close rate through effective communication.
• Collaborate with setters and team leaders to ensure a smooth customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience closing sales — ideally in restoration, roofing, or other high-ticket home services.
• Strong communication, confidence, and professionalism when meeting with clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for helping customers through the storm recovery process.
• Knowledge of insurance claims or storm restoration is a plus.
• Coachable, adaptable, and driven to continually improve your sales craft.
