We're hiring a Controls Systems Technologist in Ecru, MS to keep our automation running at peak performance.

• Own installation, configuration, and ongoing care of PLC-based control systems and associated hardware.
• Quickly troubleshoot and repair PLC logic, I/O, communications, and field devices.
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering on control strategy optimizations and upgrades.
• Document all work—backups, version control, and change management.
• Enable others by providing technical support and training.
• Stay current on trends in PLC, HMI, and SCADA technologies.

• Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or related.
• Demonstrated experience with PLC programming/troubleshooting (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens).
• Fluency in electrical schematics and control system design principles.
• Plus: Exposure to HMI and SCADA environments.
• Detail-oriented problem solver with strong initiative.
• Team player who can also operate independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
