eCommerce Assistant

About the Role

Haggerty's Music is seeking a full-time, in-person eCommerce Assistant to support our growing multi-channel retail operation. This office-based role focuses heavily on computer work, digital inventory management, and helping keep product information accurate across online platforms such as Reverb, Amazon, and other marketplaces.

This is not a warehouse role, though some light warehousing tasks may be required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and product data across online sales platforms
• Enter, update, and verify information in spreadsheets and internal systems
• Assist with rolling inventory counts, binning upkeep, and resolving data discrepancies
• Perform basic reorders for key vendors
• Update price lists and support ordering workflows
• Manage marketplace tasks: updating listings, combining/saving, relisting, and writing transaction reviews
• Provide customer-facing support on Reverb (measurements, additional photos, product details)
• Support marketplace listing maintenance, including relinking and deleting listings
• Assist with office operations, including phone auto-assistant updates
• Collaborate with sales, office, and warehouse teams to support smooth operations

Required Qualifications

• Strong computer fluency and comfort working with digital systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Ability to work in person, 5 days per week, including Saturdays
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience
• Experience with inventory workflows
• Familiarity with online marketplaces (Reverb, Amazon, Shopify)
• Interest in guitars, gear, and musical instruments

Schedule

• Full-time
• In-person, Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm MT
• 5-day workweek including Saturdays
