Location: Keizer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center - Keizer, OR

Schedule: Full-time (1 Day, 1 Eve, and 1 Noc opening HR Shifts/Week)

What We're Looking For:
  • LPN License: Must hold a valid and active LPN license in Oregon.
  • Resident Care: Ability to assess and address resident needs while developing personalized care plans.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and supervision to CNAs and other care staff, ensuring the highest level of care delivery.
  • Passion for Care: A genuine desire to improve the lives of others and uphold the highest standards of nursing care.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing nursing care.

New nurses can participate in a 3-month Long Term Care New Nurse Residency, involving the Geri-Res residency curriculum and a structured onsite mentorship.
