Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. Leaders are responsible for supervising assigned stations throughout the shift and may be assigned to open or close the restaurant, following established opening and closing procedures. A Team Leader's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Strictly adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Monitor dining room, restroom, parking lot, and overall facility cleanliness.
- Offer immediate and respectful response to guests'number needs; consults with management regarding complex issues.
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Collaborating with other team members and leaders
- Identifying potential leaders
- Placing the right people in the right positions with the right amount of people
- Open and/or close lead shifts, key holder
- Execute proper security and cash handling and control procedures
- Holds cashiers accountable for adhering to policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Performing any of the tasks above as needed throughout the shift
Qualifications and Requirements:

- Passing the ServSafe Food Manager course is required
- Previous leadership experience is required
Availability Requirements & Expectations:
- Be available throughout the week, Monday - Saturday, with occasional Sundays (trainings, cleanings, meetings, etc)
- Availability must include at least 3 nights a week (Monday - Saturday)
- Working 6 to 12 hours/shift to help accommodate shifts, meetings, and the needs of the business.
- Expected to work at least 3 Saturdays per month
- Work week of 4 to 5 days/week for a minimum of 32 hours/week. (Any overtime hours will be based on the needs of the restaurant)
- Holidays are required (closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas)
