Experienced Server

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and will thrive in a fine dining atmosphere. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service while enjoying their meals.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
• Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area.
• Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
• Experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining settings is preferred.
• Proficient in using POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
• Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with bussing techniques and kitchen operations is a plus.
