Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to join our team on-site in Humble, TX. The Human Resources Coordinator will handle daily HR responsibilities, including benefits administration, employee relations, HR policy implementation, and coordinating overall human resources activities to support a positive and productive workplace. The individual will also assist with maintaining compliance with employment laws and internal procedures. Will be working alongside HR Generalist to complete daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish( Required)
• Skills in Benefits Administration, including healthcare, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace environment
• Knowledge of developing, implementing, and overseeing HR Policies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
