Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Web and Mobile App Developer Intern to assist our technical team in enhancing, maintaining, and creating web and mobile applications that support our social learning services. This role is perfect for tech-savvy students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on development experience in a real-world, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the ADollarClass website and mobile app
  • Help integrate features that support services such as mentorship, learning sessions, messaging, and user dashboards
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement clean, responsive, and accessible interfaces
  • Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment of new features and app updates
  • Optimize front-end performance and ensure mobile responsiveness
  • Research and recommend new technologies to improve user experience
  • Document technical processes and contribute to development best practices
  • Attend virtual meetings and contribute to brainstorming and team discussions

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Basic understanding of web development languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular is a plus)
  • Familiarity with mobile development platforms like Flutter, React Native, or Android/iOS SDK
  • Experience using GitHub or other version control tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
  • Interest in using tech to create social impact and user-centered solutions
  • Willingness to undergo a background check (required for onboarding)
