Bilingual Customer Service Representative

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Customer follow-up calls + messages
• Helping customers in office (sales, questions, payments)
• Taking payments + posting to system
• Tracking late payments / collections
• Assisting with DMV paperwork + titles
• Supporting owner with daily operations
• Answering phones + setting appointments

STARTING PAY:

• $3,000/month salary during training
• Raise after probation based on performance
• Bonus per car sold once trained
• Paid every other Friday

SCHEDULE:

• 6 days/week (Monday–Saturday)
• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Some late nights if needed)
• No remote, in-person only

Qualifications

• proficiency in English and at least one other language
• Strong customer service and client support skills
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Experience in data entry and call center environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Ability to handle cash and perform outbound calling
• Sales experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and typing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
