Driver

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting Children safely and efficiently while providing excellent communication with their parents. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various driving tasks, including using appropriate restraints, and fostering a calm, secure environment.

Duties

• Ensure that children are secured in age-appropriate car seats, booster seats, or seat belts.
• Adhere strictly to speed limits and adjust for weather, traffic, or road conditions.
• Watch for Pedestrians and Other Drivers: Children may unpredictably dart into traffic when exiting or boarding.
• Safe Pick-Up/Drop-Off: Use designated areas or ensure it's safe and legal to stop.
• Keep the van clean and free from allergens or irritants that could affect a child's health.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.

Experience

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar driving role is preferred.
• have at least 3 years of driving experience.
• must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid driver's license with a clean background is required.
