Tampa Bay Girls Academy - Secure is comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk and max-risk females' youth aged These programs provide services utilizing evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.
Pay: $100,000 Annually

What you will do: As a Program Director you will develop, implement, manage and modify the Rite of Passage program.
Oversees site budgets and expenses. Provides management and oversees Human Resources Department. Establishes, manages and promotes positive relationships within the program and also Ensures compliance with all licensing and regulatory agencies.
To be considered you should: Possess a BA/BS in related field (Master's Degree preferred). Four years of related experience in residential facility management possess a Driver's License.
