They are now looking for a
Sales Manager
to lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing sales team in an assigned territory—someone who thrives in relationship-driven sales and understands what excellence looks like in the premium food and hospitality space.

What You'll Do
- Own and execute the
sales strategy
for your territory, driving revenue growth and profitability - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to exceed performance goals
- Build action plans to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
- Expand market presence by penetrating new accounts and segments
- Partner with marketing to support targeted campaigns and initiatives
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions to elevate performance and skill development
- Support your team in preparing proposals, pricing, and client presentations
- Deliver timely insights and performance updates to senior leadership
- Manage expenses and operate within budget guidelines
- Recruit and hire top sales talent aligned with our culture and values
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
What You Bring
- 5–7 years of sales experience
, with proven leadership responsibilities - Strong relationship-management skills and a consultative sales approach
- Deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics
- Experience building and motivating high-performing sales teams
- Proficiency with
Microsoft Excel
and sales reporting tools - Willingness to travel and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
