Warehouse Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic distribution center. This role is vital for ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with heavy equipment operation. Duties

• Do Assembly work.
• Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving processes to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
• Stock shelves and organize warehouse space to optimize workflow and storage capacity.
• Conduct materials handling tasks including heavy lifting and proper packaging of products.
• Utilize order picker equipment for efficient order fulfillment and stock replenishment.
• Support warehouse supervision in maintaining operational procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management, or manufacturing environments and assembly work.
• Mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation and maintenance is preferred.
• Prior experience with shipping & receiving, assembly, order fulfillment, stocking, packaging, and materials handling is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy and order processing.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This Warehouse Associate role is essential for maintaining efficient operations within our distribution center while emphasizing safety, accuracy, and productivity at every step.

Pay: $ $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
