Restaurant Supervisor

About the Role

We're looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Bubbakoo's Burritos, a fast-growing Tex-Mex fusion brand known for bold flavors, customizable burritos, and a vibrant guest experience.

This role is hands-on — you'll work the line alongside the team while also supervising staff and supporting restaurant operations when the Managing Partner is not present. It's an excellent opportunity for an experienced shift lead or supervisor ready to grow with a nationally recognized franchise.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support front- and back-of-house staff during shifts
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members
• Ensure staff timeliness, productivity, and adherence to restaurant standards
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities
• Oversee restaurant cleanliness and food safety compliance
• Open or close the restaurant when the Managing Partner is unavailable
• Jump in on the line or register to support the team during busy periods
• Deliver excellent guest service and handle concerns professionally

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant or quick-service supervisor/lead experience
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
• Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) a plus
