Maintenance Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team in ensuring optimal operation of our manufactured housing and apartment community. • Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of work quality and safety compliance
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities on manufacturing equipment, HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high and low voltage), and mechanical assets
• Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to meet deadlines and budget expectations
• Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety incidents for audit purposes
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by performing at an efficient and professional manner at all times.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of facilities management principles including safety regulations, building systems (HVAC), and infrastructure maintenance
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
• Excellent communication skills in English for effective team leadership and collaboration
• Supervising experience with a focus on leadership development and team motivation

Pay: $45, $50,000.00 per year
