Sr. AI Agent Developer

About the Opportunity:

The Sr AI Agent Developer role is responsible for designing, building, and deploying generative AI agents to improve productivity and business workflows. This position collaborates across multiple departments to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI agents to support enterprise workflows.

• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on AI agents for performance and adoption.

• Build evaluation datasets and optimize agents for functionality and cost.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify valuable AI opportunities and redesign workflows.

• Share expertise and tools within the AI Center of Excellence.

• Participate in AI training, knowledge sharing, and governance.

• Continuously evaluate and adapt to new AI capabilities and standards.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python or similar languages with direct experience in production AI/ML applications.

• Deep understanding of large language models and modern AI systems.

• Proven ability to design, build, and optimize practical AI agent solutions.

• Knowledge of AI safety, governance, and emerging standards.

• Adaptability in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

• Ability to understand enterprise workflows and align AI solutions with business needs.

• Effective collaboration and communication skills.
