Reports To: CEO, prosperIV

Location: Rye & Yonkers, NY

Status: Full-Time | Senior Leadership Team

Schedule: 35 hours/week (includes one weekend day)

Founded in May 2020, prosperIV is Westchester County's first standalone IV drip spa, delivering premium IV therapy through a luxury, client-centered experience. With corporate operations in Rye and Yonkers and franchise expansion underway across multiple states, prosperIV is redefining wellness through elevated care, hospitality, and operational excellence.

prosperAESTHETICS, our medical aesthetics division, operates from our Yonkers flagship location and is expanding alongside future corporate and franchise growth.

Position Overview

The General Manager of Corporate Operations oversees all operational performance across prosperIV's New York corporate locations, ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, team leadership, and an exceptional client experience.

This role serves as the central operational leader, bridging location teams, clinical staff, front desk teams, and the executive office. The GM is responsible for driving profitability, efficiency, and scalability while preparing both prosperIV and prosperAESTHETICS for continued corporate and franchise expansion.

The General Manager must fully embody and champion The prosper Way—our gold standard for hospitality, culture, clinical excellence, and client care.

Key Responsibilities - Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations across Rye and Yonkers locations
  • Ensure seamless integration of prosperIV and prosperAESTHETICS services
  • Support Location Managers with staffing, scheduling, and execution
  • Conduct weekly walkthroughs, audits, and quality assurance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical, administrative, and brand protocols
  • Review shift reports, CRM data, staffing notes, and inventory metrics

Inventory & Financial Management

  • Manage supply ordering, vendor relationships, and product budgets
  • Conduct monthly inventory audits and monitor COGS
  • Approve purchase orders and track cost efficiency
  • Implement process improvements without compromising quality

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Location Managers, RNs, and Front Desk teams
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and coaching
  • Build and maintain a high-performing RN team aligned with The prosper Way
  • Facilitate consistent communication via Slack and team meetings
  • Develop training programs for new services, initiatives, and franchise readiness

prosperAESTHETICS Growth & Integration

  • Support operational and revenue growth of prosperAESTHETICS
  • Ensure efficiency within the shared IV therapy environment
  • Oversee RN training in injectables, facials, and advanced aesthetic services
  • Partner with marketing on promotions, memberships, and bundles
  • Track KPIs including revenue, retention, and membership conversion

Marketing, Events & Community Engagement

  • Collaborate with marketing on local campaigns and initiatives
  • Plan and execute at least one revenue-generating event per month
  • Lead seasonal and elevated brand events
  • Identify partnerships and community outreach opportunities
  • Track ROI for events, collaborations, and promotions
  • Support franchise development through tours, presentations, and leadership presence

Executive Reporting & Franchise Support

  • Deliver weekly operational and financial reports to the CEO
  • Participate in leadership meetings on performance and strategy
  • Contribute to SOPs, franchise documentation, and scalable systems
  • Monitor KPIs, revenue trends, and operational health across locations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, healthcare, or hospitality
  • Minimum 3 years multi-location management experience (medical spa, healthcare, wellness, hospitality, fitness, or retail preferred)
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, inventory tools, Microsoft Office, Slack, and scheduling platforms
  • Flexible availability with weekend and off-hours responsiveness
  • Willingness to travel between corporate locations and future franchise sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
