• Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.

• Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose mechanical issues and determine appropriate solutions, repairing or replacing defective parts as necessary.

• Maintenance Technicians may work both indoors and outdoors, with occasional late or weekend hours required for emergency situations. The role often involves physical labor and the use of various tools and equipment.

• • Masonry experience preferred, builds structures out of stone, concrete blocks, brick, tiles and other similar materials. analyzing blueprints, cutting materials to the required size and polishing and cleaning the structure once the construction process is complete.
