Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to lead strategic initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and drive revenue. The role involves developing relationships with clients, managing sales pipelines, creating proposals, and closing deals. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client needs, analyze market trends, and recommend strategies to increase the company's market presence. Frequent communication with potential and existing clients will be critical to fostering collaboration and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Strategy
- Deeply understand the Company's products, services, and engagement models.
- Participate in market research, segmentation, and prospection.
- Identify and develop relationships with strategic partners.
- Build a network of commercial allies.
- Design targeted marketing and advertising campaigns.
Sales Activities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including your network of influence.
- Present and promote the Company's products and services to prospects.
- Conduct sales meetings, demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the Company's pre-sales team to build winning solutions.
- Close sales deals and ensure proper contract execution.
Lead Generation
- Prospect potential new clients based on the Company's commercial strategies.
- Cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Generating new business opportunities.
Contract Management
- Create documents such as NDAs, MSAs, Statement of Work, etc.
- Follow up with the Company's clients to execute commercial agreements.
- Maintenance of existing agreements to handle changes and renewals.
Post-Sales Activities
- Manage customer success and nurture client relationships.
