Server/Bartender

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Engage with customers, anticipate their needs, and provide exceptional service
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area
- Follow all company policies and procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and various types of alcoholic beverages
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing
- Understanding of food safety guidelines and ability to handle food safely
- Ability to accurately perform basic math calculations for cash handling purposes
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus
