Assistant Manager
Duties:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Manage inventory and stock levels, including receiving and organizing merchandise
- Assist with sales transactions and handle cash register operations
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they meet performance standards
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Knowledge of stock management principles and practices
- Familiarity with the wireless sales industry is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and schedules
