Job Description:

We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator to handle daily shipping operations, help manage inventory, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries of products. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Fishbowl for inventory management and have experience coordinating UPS Worldwide shipments and Freight logistics.

As a Shipping Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all orders are packed and shipped accurately and on time.
• Inventory Management
• Utilize Fishbowl inventory software to track products, monitor stock levels, and assist with inventory audits.
• UPS Worldwide: Prepare and coordinate UPS Worldwide shipments, including generating shipping labels, handling customs documentation, and ensuring timely delivery to international destinations.
• Freight Shipping
• Schedule and manage freight shipments for large or bulky orders, ensuring proper handling, packaging, and documentation for smooth transport.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and reports for internal tracking and compliance purposes.
• Order Fulfillment: Work closely with the warehouse and sales team to fulfill customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Customer Service: Address any shipping-related issues or inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in a shipping or warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in Fishbowl.
• Inventory management software.
• Experience with UPS Worldwide shipping, including international customs and documentation.
• Experience coordinating Freight shipments, including LTL (Less Than Truckload) and full truckload shipments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in shipping and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 50 lbs).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of shipping regulations and compliance requirements for international and domestic shipments.
• Familiarity with other shipping software or logistics platforms.
