Role Description

This is a remote casting director role for a Casting Director. The Casting Director will manage the casting process, collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, communicate with, and recruit suitable talent for diverse projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing auditions, coordinating with team members, reviewing talent portfolios, and supporting production needs to ensure successful casting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Casting and knowledge of talent acquisition processes
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with talent and production teams
• An understanding or experience in Acting and Music to assess and select talent for creative roles
• Basic knowledge or experience in Production Management to support casting logistics
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with an ability to thrive in a virtual environment
• Open to learning, with an interest in the entertainment industry; prior experience is a plus
