Role Overview
We're seeking an analytical, creative, and growth-oriented Marketing Manager who is ready to advance their career. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with hands-on marketing experience who wants to take ownership, build systems, and make measurable impact within a small but dedicated team.
The Marketing Manager will lead marketing execution, manage marketing KPIs and reporting, and use data to guide decisions that directly support our food service and retail sales strategy. You'll work closely with sales leadership to align marketing activities with revenue goals and measure return on marketing investment.
This is an on-site role, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, face-to-face environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Data Insights
● Coordinate and organize ongoing market and category research to understand customer behavior, competitive trends, and channel opportunities.
● Develop clear reports, insights, and recommendations that help guide strategic decisions.
● Track and report on marketing KPIs across campaigns, channels, and initiatives.
- Marketing Project & Campaign Management
● Plan and manage marketing campaigns and projects such as product launches, promotions, food service initiatives, retail support programs, industry public relations, and digital campaigns.
● Build timelines, coordinate cross-functional tasks, and ensure on-time execution.
● Work closely with Sales, Production, and Operations to ensure alignment and resource readiness.
- Team Coordination & Leadership
● Coordinate scheduling, work planning, and workload distribution for marketing team members and contractors.
● Provide clarity, coaching, and accountability to ensure quality and efficiency.
● Maintain and evolve job descriptions and team processes as the department grows.
● Serve as the central communication bridge between Marketing and Sales, Operations, and Production.
- Budget & Resource Management
● Manage the marketing budget, track spending, and review monthly variances.
● Evaluate ROI of campaigns, activations, and spend.
● Identify cost-saving opportunities and prioritize investments that maximize impact.
● Ensure proper approvals and documentation for purchases and vendor relationships.
- Goal Setting, Performance Tracking & Reporting
● Translate company goals into actionable marketing priorities with measurable KPIs.
● Monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance.
● Prepare reports and performance summaries for leadership, showing insights, progress, and recommendations.
● Hold yourself and the team accountable for delivering high-quality work on time.
- Brand Management
● Work with the leadership and marketing teams to identify and codify brand standards and voice.
● Oversee that branding and communication reinforces the brand and marketing objectives.
You're a Great Fit If You…
● Have 2–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in CPG, retail, food service, or a related industry.
● Are comfortable with marketing analytics, KPI tracking, dashboards, and evaluating ROI.

Preferred Skills

● Understanding of food service or retail marketing strategies.

● Ability to manage vendors, contractors, and brand partners.
● Project management tools and workflow experience (e.g., Asana, Monday, Airtable).

Pay: $55, $65,000.00 per year
