We are seeking an experienced Contract HR Generalist to join our team with an immediate primary focus on full-cycle recruiting. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and employee onboarding while providing support on additional HR functions as needed. The ideal candidate will be a proactive talent acquisition professional who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. There is an opportunity for this role to become a full-time employee in 2026.

Requirements:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions across various departments and levels
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels
  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidates
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate compensation within approved parameters
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring processes
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring pipeline status
  • Develop and post compelling job descriptions that attract top talent
  • Facilitate positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires
  • Assist with employee relations matters and respond to employee inquiries
  • Support HR compliance activities and maintain employee records
  • Coordinate with benefits administration and HR systems as needed
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Required:

  • 3+ years of HR experience with substantial focus on recruiting and talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions across multiple functions and levels
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruiting channels and tools
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Industry-specific recruiting experience relevant to our organization
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruiting
