What You'll Do

As a Shift Leader, you'll:

Lead by example on the floor — serving guests, coaching team members, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Open or close the shop, ensuring readiness, cleanliness, and compliance with brand standards.

Train, support, and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest service.

Manage cash handling, deposits, and accurate record keeping during your shift.

Communicate effectively with management and fellow team leaders to keep operations smooth.

Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and safety protocols are always followed.

Additional requirements:

At least 18 years of age

Previous food service or retail leadership experience preferred

Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
