Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Program Manager to join our Gallagher Claims and Risk Consulting team. This role is primarily focused on process management, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. The Gallagher Claims and Risk Consulting Program Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources and processes to achieve program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance management, business analysis, and project execution, with the ability to identify and implement productivity improvement initiatives. This role also requires foundational technical knowledge to manage system-related projects and provide actionable recommendations for process reengineering and operational improvements.

How you'll make an impact

Program and Process Management:

  • Plan, organize, and control resources and processes to achieve project/program objectives within defined constraints.
  • Track and manage issues, actions, and takeaways, such as evaluating and planning for handling legacy applications and aligning legacy deliverables or practices with Gallagher's standards.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to NRC stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

Performance Management and Continuous Improvement:

  • Work with leadership and internal teams to identify and execute productivity improvement initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to measure program success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze and reengineer business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Business Analysis and Issue Resolution:

  • Act as a liaison for system issues, requirements/enhancements, and training/communication development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and present actionable recommendations for process improvements.
  • Support the implementation of solutions to address identified issues and enhance operational performance.

Technical Project/Program Management:

  • Provide foundational technical expertise to advise on scope changes, quality assurance, and other technical aspects of projects.
  • Manage, execute, and support operational improvement projects across varied business operations.
  • Serve as a program subject matter expert (SME) on content, processes, procedures, and systems.

Implementation and Training:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver training and communication materials to support program rollouts.
  • Ensure proper coordination of tasks and resources to achieve successful implementation of initiatives.

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years business operations and/or project management experience required. Strong business acumen. Adept with technology including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred: Insurance industry experience desirable.
