Experience Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that all patrons receive exceptional service in a lively environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and health regulations to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking drink supplies and placing orders as needed.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hospitality standards.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
• Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in nightclub or restaurant settings is a plus, particularly in sales-oriented roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2.50 - $3.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
