Cashier/Server

Job Overview:
Join our team as a Server/Cashier where you will be an integral part of providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Server/Cashier, you will handle customer orders, process payments, and ensure a positive dining experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments accurately
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Upsell menu items and promotions to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and cashier station
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly
- Adhere to food safety standards and procedures
- Assist in food preparation and handling when needed

Skills:
- Proficient in basic math for order processing and cash handling
- Experience in food handling and knowledge of food safety protocols
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Ability to upsell and promote menu items effectively
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation processes
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate transactions
- Culinary background or interest in the food industry is a plus
