Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in fine dining or food service is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems and food safety standards. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation quality
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS or cashiering systems
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and resetting tables for new guests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations
• Support other restaurant operations as needed, including host/host duties or food preparation tasks

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, fine dining, or hospitality preferred; experience with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to increase sales opportunities
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Experience with reservation systems like OpenTable is advantageous
• Previous roles in serving, bussing, host/host work, or nightclub service are beneficial
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as required
