Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting and finance functions for the Hatboro, PA location, including:

• Month-end close
• Financial reporting
• Accounts receivable/payable
• Inventory management
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Tax filings
• Cash flow oversight
• Develop and implement financial policies to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business planning and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• CPA certification required
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles

Key Strengths

• Experience with accounting systems such as Sage Intacct or similar cloud-based platforms
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and Online)
• Experience migrating from QuickBooks to cloud-based systems
• Strong understanding of GAAP and cash-to-accrual transitions
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
